It is absolutely the right place for Ayurveda experience! I did 21 days Panchakarma treatment and a 5-days Ayurveda training as well… feel much more better and full of new knowladge about Ayurveda! Doctor Deepu is the best! He is always welcoming you and give a very usefull guidance, you can trust him fully ♥️ the team is wonderful! Thanks a lot to Shila and Ajhita, who treated me like a baby 🙂 I will come back! Thank you many times

Excellent balance in needs and luxury. Great Dr's who helped me discover holistic Ayurvedic approach for my personal well being. After only a 3-day (intake) visit in Feb, I have full trust in Kairali and a personalised treatment plan, so I booked 4 week treatment. Excited to be back again in April.

Once again, a big thank you from myself and Priya for the last 12 days @ Kairali. Even this time, we got a memorable experience and the treatment taken was very good and healing certainly happened in the best way. *Standouts for us* - Dr Deepu once again was superb with his communication and knowledge sharing during the entire process. We also loved the support from Dr Rahul. - Loved the gratitude box for tipping so that it becomes easy to tip at one place rather than staff individually. I trust that the tips will be distributed equally. - Everyone in staff was wearing their name tag so it became easy for us to call staff and ask for help. Last time this was recommendation but not anymore. - Treatment Staff are super friendly and supportive. Even better than last time that we visited. They were continuously asking about the pressure check which was good. - Room Cleaning/Housekeeping staff took care of us in the best possible way & Front Office/Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful - Priya loved the beauty treatment which she believes is a fantastic Add-on to the service.

This was an incredible experience! Our first introduction to Ayurvedic medicine and health principles - such an excellent place to start. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are somewhat basic but clean and comfortable. The food is all very fresh (although the Ayurvedic diet is disciplined and takes some adjustment). The treatments were fabulous - various forms of massage twice daily. All of the staff are amazing from reception, grounds & housekeepers to dining room to doctors & therapists. Everyone is smiling, friendly, very kind & very helpful. Your wellbeing and health are their top priority. My husband and I both lost weight and felt much better physically after our visit. Apart from the strict diet (which , admittedly, was very difficult to tolerate) our stay here was Absolute heaven!

My second visit. The holistic attention to health and wellbeing is amazing. Expert physicians, medical professionals and therapists made the stay extraordinary. I left without back and knee pain (and totally relaxed) for the first time in years.
